Laiva lifescience Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian Direct Selling Company incorporated under Companies Act 2013 Bareilly Uttar Pradesh . The company sells its products through the Direct selling method (to the Direct Seller).
1.Any Indian citizen who is above 18 years of age can apply to become a Direct seller /Distributor of the Company's products.
2.The company does not charge any fee for distributorship.
3.Neither the company gives you any kind of job nor you become the agent of the company. You don't even get any kind of fixed salary. You start a Business simply by becoming an Independent Distributor of the Company's products. You can earn money by selling these products as per the Business Plan of the company.
4.The relationship between you and the Company is that of an Independent principal to Principal contractor.
5.You can buy the product only from the Company's Authorised Center (Franchisee, Branch, Mini Franchise, Laivakart, and Virtual Mini Franchise). You can not buy any products without a Bill/ Invoice. If you buy a product from an Authorised Center, the company notifies you by SMS on your registered mobile.
6.Refund Policy – You can cancel your Distributorship only as per the refund policy within 20 days of becoming a Laiva Distributor (Direct Seller) . You can get your full money back by returning all the products.
Company's distributorship is provided at no cost! If any person asks you for any kind of fee in the name of the company or in the name of someone else, then you should not give it at all. If you pay any such fee, you will be solely responsible for it.

लाइवा लाइफ साइंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड एक इंडियन डायरेक्ट सेलिंग कंपनी है। कंपनी डायरेक्ट सेलिंग पद्धति द्वारा (डायरेक्ट सेलर को) अपने प्रोडक्ट बेचती है।
1.कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक जो 18 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र का हो वह कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट का डायरेक्ट सेलर बनने के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है।
2.डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर बनने के लिए कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार का कोई शुल्क नहीं लेती है।
3.कंपनी आपको किसी भी प्रकार की कोई नौकरी नहीं देती, न ही आप कंपनी के एजेंट बनते हैं। आपको किसी भी प्रकार की फिक्स सैलरी भी नहीं मिलती है। आप सिर्फ कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट के स्वतंत्र डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर बनकर बिज़नेस शुरु करते हैं। आप इन प्रोडक्ट को बेचकर कंपनी के बिजनेस प्लान के अनुसार पैसा कमा सकते हैं।
4.आपका और कंपनी का रिलेशन इंडिपेंडेंट प्रिंसिपल to प्रिंसिपल कॉन्ट्रैक्टर्स का होता है।
5.आप कंपनी के सिर्फ ऑथोरिज्ड सेंटर (Franchise, Branch, Mini Franchise , लाइवा कार्ट और Virtual Mini Franchise) से ही प्रोडक्ट खरीद सकते हैं। आप बिना Bill/Invoice के सामान नहीं खरीद सकते हैं। अगर आप ऑथोरिज्ड सेंटर से प्रोडक्ट खरीदते हैं, कंपनी आपके Registered Mobile पर SMS द्वारा आपको सूचित करती है।
6.Refund Policy – लाइवा डिस्ट्रिबूटर (Direct Seller) बनने के 20 दिन के अंदर आपकी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप, रिफंड पॉलिसी के अनुसार ही कैंसल कर सकते हैं। सभी प्रोडक्ट वापस करके अपने पूरे पैसे वापस ले सकते हैं।
कंपनी की डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप बिना किसी शुल्क के दी जाती है ! अगर आप से कोई भी व्यक्ति कंपनी के नाम पर या किसी और के नाम पर किसी भी प्रकार का शुल्क मांगता है तो आप उसे हरगिज न दें। अगर आप ऐसा कोई शुल्क देते हैं, तो उसकी पूर्णत: जिम्मेदारी आपकी अपनी होगी।
